How we approach compliance across the network
Compliance runs through traffic review, campaign monitoring, and data-handling practices — for both publishers and advertisers.
Traffic-source review
Traffic sources are reviewed before approval and periodically afterward, against each campaign's specific requirements.
Campaign-specific promotion rules
Each campaign defines its own permitted promotional methods, claims, and disclosures, which publishers must follow.
Fraud-prevention practices
We apply monitoring practices intended to identify suspicious activity and reduce fraudulent traffic across campaigns.
Lead-quality monitoring
Incoming leads and conversions are reviewed on an ongoing basis, not only at the point of campaign launch.
Data privacy
Personal data collected through campaigns is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Consent requirements
Where consent is required for data collection or marketing outreach, it must be obtained and documented as specified by the applicable campaign and law.
Email marketing requirements
Email campaigns must comply with applicable anti-spam law, including sender identification and opt-out handling.
SMS & telephone marketing requirements
SMS and telemarketing activity must comply with applicable consent and do-not-call requirements, including TCPA where relevant.
Brand & trademark restrictions
Use of advertiser or third-party brand names and trademarks is restricted to what each campaign explicitly permits.
Prohibited traffic & practices
Incentivized traffic, misrepresentation, and other prohibited practices are not permitted unless a campaign explicitly allows them.
Publisher monitoring
Publisher activity is monitored for adherence to campaign terms, with corrective action taken where issues are found.
Complaint handling & enforcement
Compliance complaints are reviewed by our team, and policy violations may result in warnings, campaign removal, or account suspension.
